Refund Issue

Greetings,


My child has an iPad and there was this purchases that I did not authorize.
I got the receipts from my email and was to told to click on "Report a Problem" via the receipt,


I got redirected to Report a Problem and after that I was brought purchase history.


Upon checking, I was not able to see the receipts I received from my email.


It actually shows "Your search had no results".


Kindly please help, I need these accidental purchase by my kid refunded.

The email was a genuine iTunes email, and you are logging into the account that the purchase was done on ? Does it show on that account on your computer's iTunes : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ? If it does you could try contacting iTunes Support via http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (but purchases are considered final).
