Refund Issue
Greetings,
My child has an iPad and there was this purchases that I did not authorize.
I got the receipts from my email and was to told to click on "Report a Problem" via the receipt,
I got redirected to Report a Problem and after that I was brought purchase history.
Upon checking, I was not able to see the receipts I received from my email.
It actually shows "Your search had no results".
Kindly please help, I need these accidental purchase by my kid refunded.
