mp4 movie will not sync to iPhone X

When I sync my iPhone X with iTunes on my desktop computer, certain songs and videos will not load onto the iPhone. I did not have this problem with my iPhone 5s.

Does anyone know a solution to my problem?

iPhone X, iOS 11.4.1, 64 Gb

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like only certain videos will not sync to the iPhone. This can happen if they are in the wrong format. I would recommend you read this article, it explains how to change the format of the video.

Convert a video

In iTunes, select the video you want to convert.

Do one of the following:

Choose File > Convert > Create iPod or iPhone Version.

Choose File > Convert > Create iPad or Apple TV Version.

Converting a video can take several minutes to several hours, depending on your computer and the length and content of the video.

iTunes for Windows: If you can’t sync a video
