Can I gift a Pre Order Album on Itunes to another Itunes user

Excited about a new album being released on September 28th.

I would like to GIFT a pre order of this album to my sister. Is that possible and how do I do that ?

Send album or movie as a gift In order to send an album or a movie as a gift, Apple states one must click on the arrow (share) bottom of that item, then choose "gift". However, the only arrow available does not allow to share as a gift.

You can't gift pre-orders, you will have to wait until it's released.
