You can use Find My iPhone's Lost Mode,

You can use an image (with your name) for the lock screen wallpaper..

Settings > Wallpaper

There is way to remove the Verizon and type my name there instead for the lock. It’s shows the name of the phone in case I leave it some where. Does someone know how to do this?
