How do I add a picture to the face gallery?
I want to use one of my iPhoto pictures as a new watch face.

You can do that! In order to set a photo of your choice as a watch face, you will need to sync a photo album from your iPhone with your watch. So, create an album that you would love to sync first.
Then go to the Watch app on your iPhone > Photos and select "Synced Album" and pick the album you created.
When the album is synced, go to Face Gallery tab in the Watch app, scroll down to "Photos" watch faces and customise your own, when you are all done, click "Add" and it will appear in "My Faces".
