Thank you! When I check my purchase history there are no such transactions and I can't do the report about the problem. In the same time I received two invoices from Apple and I was charged twice from my bank card. Probably, in the next few days there will be an option to send a complain to Apple. Thank you very much!
Apple will always address you by your name or the name they have on file for you, not Dear Customer, Dear Client or by using your e-mail address. The e-mail will be from @apple.com or @iTunes.com. E-mail addresses can be spoofed. You can go to Mail/View/Message/Show all Headers to see more. Apple e-mails will never contain an attachment. Apple will never request personal information such as Social Security numbers.
The only exception to the above I have noticed is if you order something from the Apple Store (apple.com), your receipt will be addressed to Dear Apple Customer. That is a receipt for a purchase you initiated.
Send the e-mail to Apple as an attachment to a new e-mail before deleting it. You can forward as an attachment by going to Mail/Message/Forward as attachment.
If it's the same app you shouldn't have been charged twice. If you were : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
Normally, it will inform you that you have already purchased the item.
Thank you! I have been noticed from my bank for two different transactions and have received two invoices from Apple. No other messages! But may be it is going to happen! Thanks one more time!
i have recieved e.mail from AppStore with a gift of 100usd as agift . there is an order number included in the email starting woth Q... but i dont know how to use it
If it's the same item (app) use http://reportaproblem.apple.com/
Are you sure it's a genuine email from iTunes, not a phishing email ? iTunes doesn't randomly send gift cards
