Yes, thanks, now I can see a shadow, but we can't diagnose this kind of issue remotely.
Unless your screen is dirty and/or you're using a defective screen protector, we can't give you any judgement about it.
To feel more comfortable, you can have your device inspected at your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider. They can run diagnostic tools and give you the appropriate answers/options:

I believe this defect is purely hardware, so a screenshot will not do in showing the defect. I highlighted the affected area in the picture below, hope it helps.
