Upgraded to High Sierra . . Now Logic Pro x won’t recognise my audio interface (Focusrite Scarlett 18i6). Tried lots of updates, drivers, removing extensions etc . . . Totally clueless now!
Can anyone recommend an audio interface that works with no issues on Logic Pro & High sierra? Looking at expense UAD thunderbolt interfaces to do away with USB which clearly High Sierra has issues with.

What prompted you to upgrade the operating System, High Sierra is a terrible OS for audio, beside incompatibility problems it's less efficient, (uses considerably more CPU) Sierra is much better & El Capitan blows the doors off both of the Sierras. Did it have had some feature you needed?
Drivers upto date as far as I can tell. Followed instructions according to Focusrite page.
Quick search shows lots more people are have the same problem.
Scarlett 18i6 is compatible with High Sierra. You can still use it, provided you installed the driver correctly. Reboot the Mac, perhaps, then try again. Check if you can see the interface in Audio MIDI Setup. Also check if Focusrite Control software is running ok.
Which driver / software version did you install? From Focusrite website, there are two versions of 18i6. Which one is yours: mk1 or mk2? If it's the former, I'd try it with the driver/software for mk2. There should be backward compatibility since they are devices from one manufacturer.
