How do I write my name on the wallpaper

There used to be an app you could use to write name, email etc on a picture to be used as wallpaper. I cant figure out what it’s called or what to use to do it again. Thx

How do u Tess your phone and a lot of wallpapers show up and your wallpaper look like a higher iPhone number but it is a iPhone 6 and u can pick your wallpaper or photo from your cameras How do u Change your wallpaper by pressing your home screen and a lot of wallpaper pop-up or pictures come up from your camera roll and then you can press the picture and then it becomes your wallpaper in it and your wallpaper looks like a apple number that is higher than your iPhone actually is for an example like if I have a iPhone 6 is and my wallpaper like a iPhone 14

Any photo editing app that lets you put text on the picture would work. ReType is fun. I've used WordSwag, too.
