issues 11.1.2

Substantial site rendering issues with various sites with latest High Sierra and the Safari 11.1.2.

Not so funny, so moving to Vivaldi and Firefox for the time being.

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017), macOS High Sierra (10.13.6), Safari 11.1.2

I found the issue: I went under "Develop" and disabled the "extensions". That solved the problem, then I enable them again. Problem was back. Then I went into safari preferences and checked them one by one.

The one who caused it:

Adblock 2.67.0 (RED icon with a hand in the middel-by Betafish).

Unticked the Adblock and all was fine. Rendering as normal and fast !

thanks for your suggestions, this time not immediately followed, I wanted to try a lot because resetting safari can also cause a lot of work.

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

Isolating an issue by using another user account

Safe Mode - About

Safe Mode Startup – El Capitan. also Sierra

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.
