When I want to buy something at my visa it will be declared and it show ( contact i Tunes suport) I have no idea what is it and why !?

Being Charge? I check both of my account visa and also iTunes account. I notice that visa I’m being charge 880 but in my iTunes account it doesn’t show that I have made any purchase with that amount! What can do with this situation? Do I contact with apple about it to figure this out or do I go to visa?
