Phone turned black with spinning circle
My phone froze so I tried to restart it by pressing on the button on the side. It turned black and there is a circle that is spinning. It hasn't stopped for an hour now. What do I do??

Try a forced restart of your iP8+:
Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo. When it appears, release the Side button, wait for your iPhone to restart, then test it.
