Creating an account for a non-profit company

I am trying to create an account for my golf club so we can develop an app for our membership. i am unable to figure out how to create an account for the company, I do not want to have my Apple ID/login attached to my work account for the club. How do i go about this? I have our D & B number along with our entity name and Tax ID number. Thanks. jeff
