Safari just starting reloading again and again whatever website I choose-what do I do? It is not specific to a website. I have restarted the program and the laptop.

You may have a third party Safari extension or plug-in installed that's causing a conflict.


Troubleshooting help here > If Safari is slow, stops responding, quits unexpectedly, or has other issues - Apple Support

Also, check to see if there are any software updates available for your Mac. Open System Preferences > App Store then select Check Now.
