How do I unlock my macbook after its been found?

I misplaced my macbook air, panicked, and locked it. It is now in my possession but doesn't give me the option to type in the pin that I had set when originally locking it. A message saying my macbook is disabled and to try again in 60 minutes. After waiting the full hour, it says wrong pass code without ever even giving me the option to type it in.

MacBook Air is locked don't know password removed my MacBook from my devices. cause I lost it then found it, but couldn’t remember passcode for find my MacBook. So I thought if I removed it that would reset it, well wrong now MacBook says your computer is disabled go to find my MacBook to get pin. Can’t do that cause I removed it from my devices. Was gonna go to get verification code from my settings. I just have to wait 60 minutes to try again cause I entered wrong passcode to many times .
