How can i enable my disabled apple id on iphone 8?

I am having issues with my iphone and im wondering if anyone here can help me re enable my iphone’s apple id? I had this issue since 3 weeks or a month ago. I cant update nor get apps any longer. Please help.

If it is not for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support
