Some texts are the wrong language on my iPhone

Ok so I got a new phone from China and I changed the language to English but when I go try and delete an app the text is chinese I know what buttons to press just a bit annoying it's still in Chinese, I'm on iOS 11.4.1 and I don't have any prefered language option on other than just English so I'm a bit confused to why it's happening.
