Cannot Turn Passcode off?

The option to turn my passcode off is greyed out. All I can find online is this happens when a phone is connected with a work email. I’ve recently left my job and have deleted this email account off my phone and I still can’t turn my passcode off? My phone is not linked to any debit/credit cards either. What can I do?

Go to Settings > General an scroll down and see if you have a Profile installed on your iPhone from your previous employer. If you do remove it.
