My iMessage and FaceTime is not letting me log in on my Mac.

My iMessage and FaceTime is not letting me log in. So it keeps on saying 'waiting for activation'. I have been trying for a few weeks to log in but its not helping. I have tried many ways like the NVRAM thing and the imagent putting into trash and more things. I have bought my Macbook air one month ago and have trying since. I also have an iPod which has the same Apple ID as my Mac. iMessage and face time is working just fine there. My softwares are up to date. Anyone who can help me?
