No apple pay icon
Why I don't have Apple pay icon on my contacts

There is no icon for Apple Pay, but if you do have the feature (which depends on what country you have set up on the iPhone under settings>general>language and region), you can find it in the wallet app or in settings>wallet & Apple Pay.
