Help! I have an Epson XP-245 and am trying to connect it via USB to a Mac running 10.13.6 Both Apple and Epson say it is supported but neither my iMac (27' late 2009) nor MacBook Air (13" Mid 2013) say there is a driver for it. I have reset printers in Sys Prefs and now am really stumped. Any help would be hugely appreciated as the iMac and the printer need to soon go off with my son to college.

Only as you didn't mention it, but did you factory reset the printer as well?
Also the image indicates that a driver, for this specific printer, is not available from Apple. Did you not try going to the Epson support site to locate and download a driver (for this version of macOS) from there?
Sorted with an update buried very, very deep in Epson's website. Found after 90 mins searching their site, not especially user friendly.
Would you be ever so kind as to disclose this update and where it's located? I'm in the same situation and can't find it. Thank you
