an purchase came up on my bank account claiming to be a purchase from APL*ITUNES then it showed the number, so I looked the number up and it said it was some type of fraud. I transferred my money but noticed they have taken out of my account before. I need help lol

Have you looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you've got linked to the card : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ? If they don't show on any of them, and if they aren't : About payment card authorisation holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support, contact the card issuer

If you've checked all iTunes accounts linked to the card, and also not made any changes to an account that resulted in authorisation holds, contact the card issuer
This is very real. It happened to me too. This is a problem. I had to get my card canceled. Nothing but a headache!
Yeah and it shows all 0.00 transactions, I’ve never paid for anything, I haven’t used my car for three days and it randomly popped up on my bank account saying I was charged from Apple iTunes
