iOS apps cannot be installed on your Mac. Sometimes developers may make a matching macOS app, but that would normally require a separate purchase or additional subscription. Assuming you're talking about https://safeconnect.mcafee.com/ then it has clients for iOS, Android, and Windows, but not Mac.
