Iphone 6s and transferring photos to PC

I transferred my photos and live photo and videos on to my PC directly using USB. But i cannot see live photos on my PC. Can see still photos and videos.

I didnt use icloud or itunes as i dont know how to use this.

Once i transferred i deleted all the photos and videos from my iPhone (it deleted permanent immediately ) soon after i transferred. But i am gutted as i cannot locate them on on PC.

What shall i do?
