How can I easily get .mov files from Photos app into Premiere Pro

How can I easily get .mov files from Photos. I took a lot of time to organize clips, and I thought I could drag and drop clips from Apple's Photo app into the bin folder in Premiere Pro. Ain't happening. I saw I could import them from their location in the finder, however it will take FOREVER! There's a ridiculous amount of navigation to one or two files at a time, which I have to preview and decide what they are and where they go. HELP!

Does the Media Browser in Premiere Pro show you the Photos Library? It may depend on the version of Premiere, if it is possible.

If not, try to import using the command "File > Import".

If the Import panel is showing you a Finder window with the sidebar, scroll down in the sidebar to the "Media" section. In the "Media" section click "Photos":

If you are lucky, you can see the Photos Library this way. I don't have Adobe Premiere any longer installed, so I cannot test, ifAdobe Premiere Pro is compatible with Photos like other newer applications.
