how do I switch from safari to internet explorer
I am using a macbook pro and need to switch to internet explorer to access a drug recall website
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013), macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)

Internet Explorer for Mac has not been available for several years, so you will need a Windows box, or Virtual Machine Guest on the Mac that still has (Windows 7) or use the newer Edge browser in WIndows 10.
Have you tried the current Firefox on the Mac with respect to accessing the drug recall website.
