Hi all,
I have a two-page document with headers, but I only want to keep the header on the first page.
I've tried using section breaks and unticking the header box in the Document section but this removes headers for both pages.
How do I simply remove the header from the second page but keep it on the first?
I have the 7.1 version of Pages.

Under the Document Panel, don't use the Document Tab. Settings there apply to the whole document.
Click anywhere in Section 2 of your document and use the Section Tab
Untick Match previous section.
Delete the contents of the header in section 2.

You need a Section Break not a Page Break.
I thought that was what you said you had done in your first post?
btw You don't delete the Header, you simply delete what's in the Header of the second page (so it is empty). When the following Section does not Match previous section, you can have what you want in the following headers, including nothing.
It disappears on all pages because you have Match previous section checked in your following Section.
Uncheck it.

I followed your instructions and the header in the first page is still getting deleted. Do I need to use a page break after the first page?
