My cellular data is searching

I have an iPhone 7 and am up to date on my software updates (11.4.1) I have reset my network settings as well as tried different roaming options under the “cellular” tab in settings. I have powered off my phone multiple times and have attempted to contact Apple Support through via phone call but due to my iPhone continuously ”searching” they were not able to call me. This issue has happened multiple times (3) but I have always been able to fix it after reseting multiple things or changing my roaming options followed by powering off my phone. I cannot use my data nor make phone calls so if I’m out in public I cannot call or text anyone. Im currently on a family plan and nobody else (two other people) are having cellular data problem. I don’t know what else to do and I need to make an important phone call so I can no longer wait this out please help.
