Compressor output is black, no sound

Hi recently i purchased compressor to do ocasional media files transcoding.

For example mkv, avi, to apple compatible format for my devices.

However, whatever file i put to encode i get black file as output.

I choose output apple device best compatibility.

Lol, and not to mention that on my 4ghz late 2015 retina imac it is using like 10% of uCPU during encoding and 1 hour file takes to encode 25 minutes..

What am i doing wrong?
