Can't find iCloud Music on iPhone X or iMac

Hi

I have been trying to sync my iTunes library on iMac with my new iPhone x. I don't see iCloud Music options on either device. In the Music option on the phone there is not "iCloud music" option to tick. On the iMac, my options in General go from "Show Apple Music Features" straight to "Show" options with no iCloud options as I have seen in many pictures. I've looked in my iCloud settings and don't see Music but can see I have ample storage purchased to cope with the Photos and everything else that is sync'd - these I have no issue these. My iMac is currently on El Capitan. I've never used the iTunes or iCloud music options previously so had not come across this before. Any idea's please? TIA
