I need to know how to download songs to itunes from songs I uploaded to icloud.
I'm referring to mp3's ripped from CD's. It's not obvious to me how to do it, but I might just be missing something.

If you mean that you've uploaded songs to iCloud Drive then these cannot be loaded into iTunes or your devices directly from the cloud. If you have a subscription to either iTunes Match or Apple Music then you get an iCloud Music Library to which you can add tracks from one device and have them available to stream or download to any other device connected to the same iCloud Music Library.

See About iCloud Music Library icons and status - Apple Support. If an upload never completed it cannot be downloaded at a later date. If you delete an item to free up space rather than using the remove download option then you'll delete the original and won't be able to redownload. Ideally there would be a complete backup of the library in another location taken before you started using iCloud Music Library so that you could recover tracks deleted in error.

Thank you for your reply. I uploaded songs that I had on my Mac to the iCloud and now they are not available to download into iTunes back onto my Mac. At least as far as I can determine. forgive my grammar I’m doing voice to text.
