iPad Pros and Apple Classroom
Good Afternoon,
We have a handful of students with different models of iPad Pros who are unable to connect, remain connected, or be seen by Apple Classroom. I have had an Apple Engineer come to our school and demonstrated the issue on different iPads. He recorded the sessions and took them back to Apple, and we still do not have a solution. Sometimes students can join the class, but then get booted out after 3 seconds or appear as offline. Others cannot join the class. Others show as always offline. We have tried everything. The iPads are all running 11.4.1, the network has been forgotten and re-added, Bluetooth has been tested, iPad have had a hard restart, no VPNs, tutuapp, restrictions or parental control software. We need a solution for this as soon as possible please. Apple, can you please address this issue and help us out. We value Apple Classroom as a tool and would love to find solution for this issue.
