How do I enable a disabled Apple ID?

My financial account registered on my iPhone has been changed. Since then, my Apple ID has been disabled. I’m still signed in on my iPhone but I can’t update and download apps. A message “Apple ID has been disabled” keeps on popping up.

If it is not for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support
