iPhone EMEA service lock
Hi everyone,
I'm from France but now I live in Argentina for my studies. I'm there since the beginning of august and will be there during 1 year.
My iPhone 6s is a replacement device from SPB insurance based in France and was delivered to me unlocked to all carries.
But here, in Argentina, my phone doesn't work with all of the sim cards from different carriers. I've got an error message which says that "the sim card is incompatible according to the activation policy assigned by the activation server ...".
I spoke to Apple who told me that the problem comes from my france carrier, Orange, because they are the only one who can unlock my phone, but Orange says that my phone is unlocked and should work.
Then I went to an apple reseller in Argentina who told me that my phone is locked by EMEA Service. This apparently means that my phone can only work in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

I tried this multiple times but it didn't work. I also paid 25€ a website (https://www.fleety.fr/) which claims that it can unlock this kind of lock but it also didn't work.
I can't pay for a new iPhone in Argentina because it's way too much expensive and now I don't what to do.
It seems that this guy had the same problem but I tried all he said and it didn't work.
I would be very glad if anyone could help me.
