How to unsubscribe from an app SWEAT

Dear all,

I need your help to resolve my problem. I installed the application, there was a 7 day free trial option; I tested it for 7 days and decided not to prolong my subscription. I cancelled the account marking the problem as 'too expensive for me', however, after some period of time I saw in my subscriptions that this subscription will be expired on the 24th of September + I need to pay 19.99$ for the first month which violates the terms 7 day free trial usage. Please, help me with cancelling my account and unsubscribing. Thank you.
