Apple Music language change

I've always had iPhone language set in English. Once in a while, I realised that in order to get my Maps assistant speak Russian I had to switch iPhone language to Russian (weird enough, Apple devs, that this settings isn't interconnected with Siri language). Well, for a matter of a test I switched iPhone language to Russian, then I found out how bad Maps are (indeed, even worse) and gave up the idea to use them with my CarPlay function. I reverted language settings of my iPhone back to English, by my Apple Music seemed to stick with Russian since then. Nothing helps:

1. Reboot

2. Change AppleID and AppStore language settings

3. Re-sync iPhone with Mac where everything is in English

I've read a lot of threads here (some of them older than Apple Music), but all of the users gave up, saying it's not possible to have a region set to one country and have another language in UI. You're wrong, guys! It worked for me for about 5 years! Give it back to me, you, curvy hands of Apple developers!

For those who seeks for the answer, here is how to solve it:

1. Ensure you have your desired language set in appleid.apple.com

2. Set your iPhone to the desired language

3. Log out of AppStore and iTunes: iPhone settings > iTunes & App Store > tap your apple ID at the top and tap sign out

4. Force close Music app

5. Sign it back

6. Open Music app

Weird again, that it happened automatically when going from English to Russian, but not visa versa.

All in all, having in mind my glitchy piece of iPhone 6 with 11.4 on board, my experience now has no common roots with the experience when I bought my first iPhone 4s. Apple, you suck. Your software became unthoughtful, buggy and sluggish. Shame.
