You can try deleting the game, restarting your phone (Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support) and adding the game back. If that doesn't fix it you will have to contact the game developer.

Apple did not create the app, and Apple can’t fix it. Only the developer who wrote it can figure out what is wrong with it. If they refuse or pass the buck you are stuck.
