Your actual URL is listed as:

http://booksinheinessight.com/rss

However it does not look like you have set up your custom domain correctly.

You need to contact - support at libsyn dot com - and let them know your show slug = booksinheinessight

And that your Cname / custom domain is not set up correctly - and your RSS feed URL:

http://booksinheinessight.com/rss

Is not working - they will be able to help you trouble shotthe issues.

In the mean time double check your set up on the custom domain per this tutorial:

Please post your Feed URL - we can not help you without it.

Also make sure you have your first episode published and your files are encoded as .mp3 if Audio.

We recommend the following encoding settings for spoken word podcasts.

.mp3 Format

64 kbps - Bit rate

44.1 khz - sample rate

mono

This works out to 0.5 MB per minute

Nest make sure your artwork meets these specs:

1,400 x 1,400 pixels min to 3,000 x 3,000 pixels max - SQUARE

.jpg or .png

RGB

AND

<500 kb file size

Finally make sure in your libsyn account you went to "Destinations" and clicked "Edit" for Libsyn Classic feed - and you filled in all the info there.

Again you also need to have your first episode published.

If you are sure all above are done - then please post your feed URL here.

First off you do not want your podcast host to submit your podcast to Apple Podcasts for you. If they do you lose access to the Apple stats. You want to get your own Apple Podcasts connect account and submit yourself at http://podcastsconnect.apple.com

Here is blog post on how to submit to Apple Podcast with a libsyn account:

http://blog.libsyn.com/2016/02/16/changes-coming-to-the-itunes-submission-proces s/

But again Apple absolutely does require you have 1 episodes published as a min before you can submit to them.

What is your RSS feed you are trying to submit? To find that in your libsyn account go to "Destinations" and you will see it under quick links - copy your feed - and post the URL here.

But again you absolutely want to submit your feed to Apple on your own. Anyone that lets their hosting company submit is very upset later on when they realize the control they gave up.

You have not set up your feed correctly.

Your artwork is 480 x 480 pixels - Apple requires artwork that meets these specs:

1,400 x 1,400 pixels min to 3,000 x 3,000 pixels max - SQUARE

.jpg or .png

RGB

AND

<500 kb file size

Go into your libsyn account - click on Settings - and update your artwork there.

Again your artwork must meet all the specs above or Apple will not accept in the show.

You have NOT updated your artwork in your libsyn account - I am still seeing the artwork as 480 x 480 pixels.

https://podba.se/validate/?url=http://booksinheinessight.com/rss

Cover art

The cover art must be 1,400–3,000 pixels square to look good on fancy retina-class displays.

The podcast art is too small — 480×480 pixels. Apple requires 1400x1400-pixel JPEG cover art if you ever want to be featured on iTunes, which you do. (Don’t just scale up your current artwork, either—it won’t fool anybody.)

To update your feed with the correct artwork - log into your libsyn account - click on "Settings" and then scroll down to Artwork and replace the artwork there. Then click save.

Until you change the artwork - to meet the correct specs Apple will not allow your show to be added in.
