FaceTime on iPad Pro doen’t Ring.

I’ve tried all of the suggestions I could find. WiFi is On, Volume is up, Do Not Disturb is Off. A call rings on my iPhone and iPods, but not on the iPad. It used to ring but hasn’t in a few months so we miss many or catch them with the phone.
