Why Facetime is not working in Iphone X?

I bought an Iphone X in Saudi Arab. Facetime was working fine there. Then I came back to India and here facetime is not working in my phone. In app store it is saying that facetime requires specific feature not available in my device and on the other hand it says facetime is compatible with my device. In notification setting also facetime is showing. I tried everything possible to start Facetime. Raise an incident with Apple also and they suggested to restore the phone again, I restored my phone using Itune and also tried resetting my device but nothing worked.

My ios is updated to 11.4.1 and model number of device is MQAD2AE/A.

Can someone plz help me in bringing back the Facetime?
