ANS2 Recoverable Panic every time I close the lid of my MacBook and wait until it sleeps.

My MacBook Pro 2018 since the new supplemental update 2 crashes every time I close the lid and then start it. It will restart twice when I type in my password.

try insuring your SSD and Disk ark OK - use Disk Diagnostics

if that all looks ok, insure you have disk space free. sleeping involves use of an empty disk partition and uses a little more resources outside that partition additionally. if you have 16GB of memory you need 16GB of sleep partition minimally (apple does that for you - that's not something you change).

from the message i see a complaint of an internet session with a remote host (attempting) to be cut off going awry. try disconnecting with all remote hosts (ie, tell your application it cannot "run in the background" or just turn off all your apps) and closing your lid. should work now. the app can focus on as possibly the only cause is: Mail (Mail.app)

try booting in safe mode and closing your lid. should work now.

try logging in as a NEW user (or as a guest), should work now (unless the "session" is a global one shared by all users)

if all else fails: there are plenty of guides for doing a fresh "to factory default install" and restoring your data

So...

After turning off FileVault it now crashes only once. So it restarts the computer when it goes into deep sleep. But after entering my password it doesn't crash again. So now it only crashes once. This is a slight improvement.

Hopefully my sleep mode will be fixed someday. becuz it still gives the same error
