MacBook Pro drops wi-fi connection

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2009), 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3, NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB, El Capitan macOS 10.11.6 drops wi-fi connection persistently, have tried many fixes/solutions...if you think you could help I would appreciate it...

Also try turning off Bluetooth.


If your Wi-Fi source is capable of generating a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network, try that to help avoid conflicts with Bluetooth.
