Charge iPad with a 9v 2a charger?

Hey everyone.
So, the regular iPad 2018 charger is 5v 2a, which translates (if I understand correctly) to 10 watts. I have a charger that can output 9v 2a, which would translate to 18 watts.

If I use it, will the iPad take advantage of the larger current? Or it will just scale down to 5v 2a, and charge at the same speed as with the original charger?

I also have a charger that can output 5v 3a, would the iPad be able to use this?

Thanks!
