I want to sell iTunes card of paxful and the vendor was trying to tell me the card have been used which is a lie but they tell me to contact iTunes support and ask about the time the card was used

They want to scam me on paxful... Because the card is a new card and the vendor is lying to me

If you redeemed the card onto your account you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will tell you when you redeemed it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

Obviously they won’t be able to give you any information if somebody else redeemed it due to legal/privacy reasons
