I have an iPhone 5c and 6+. I recently had to restore both iPhones {and in doing so got a lot more storage}. I use the Outlook mail app; the one with the blue background, white envelop in the middle and a big "O" inside that. On my 6+ all my emails are listed chronologically. On my 5c I have "focused" email and "other". How can I disable the focus and other? I have spent the last hour googling this and nothing I have found resolves the issue.

I guess it's an Outlook app issue, not an iPhone issue.

It seems like you can disable this "Focused Inbox" feature by going into Settings and turn it off under Mail.

Thank you for responding. Yes, I read that article and many relating somewhat to the topic. There is nothing on iOS in that article. This problem resulted after a restore that I did in conjunction with Apple. I am hopeful that someone in this community might have an answer.
