I tried to cancel a trial subscription to MyFitnessPal. It would not let me please help

See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support. If you've cancelled the current subscription you might still be presented with options for new subscriptions, but nothing should show as scheduled to renew on a future date.
