Family approval request to buy

How do I make my family approval requests only go to my phone and not other devices that are connected to my Apple ID?

How can I approve an "Ask to Buy" prompt without separate Apple Device? I enabled the Family Sharing feature on my daughter's new iPad and now I can't seem to figure out a way to approve any of her requests to purchase items in the Apple Store without my own separate Apple device. Seeing that I don't have a separate Apple device in the household, that's a problem. I can't even figure out how to disable the setting without resetting her entire iPad, logging in under my apple ID, and then resetting the iPad yet again to make it her device. I'm hoping I'm just missing something here, but this seems needlessly complicated.

Using "Ask to Buy" in Apple Family to approve. What if the family organizer does not own an Apple device? If the "Apple Family Organizer" does not have an iOS device, is it possible to login to Apple Family via a web browser or Android device? Perhaps there's a way push the approval through email or get the notification through another app like Apple Music?

Family Sharing When a Child requests an Application approval thru Family Sharing, where does that request go to on my(the Parent) iPhone ? Where do I go to check if any requests have been made ?

You can’t specify the device(s) that they go to, they’ll go to any applicable iOS devices and Mac computers
