According to Microsoft these features are not available on a Mac running macOS.
It appears you will need to install Windows with either BootCamp or virtualization software that can run Windows on the Mac so that it can execute the Windows version of Excel for those features.

There is no PowerPivot in Excel for Mac, but you can access a SQL Server database with the built-in ODBC driver.
