why my iphone’s charging stopped at 80% ?

I have iphone x with 64G

I have problem with my battery i put my iphone in charger and the charging stopped working at 80% and when I restarted my phone it showed my that battery is 82% so I continue and put it back on charger and it won’t move again and stopped on 82% so i did it again restart it then the battery up to 89%

plz help me
