You haven’t received a bill, you’ve received a phishing email - you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.

We are fellow users, these are user forums, nobody on here can cancel your subscriptions for you (assuming that it is a genuine subscription and not a phishing email that you've received) : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


And you shouldn't post your email address on a public forum (unless you like spam and phishing emails)
